You have a Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree with less than 3 years of professional experience - we invite you to apply to our Graduate Programme which officially starts on 1 September 2025.
The programme offers you the chance to join the dynamic, fast-moving world of a leading risk knowledge organisation. Over an 18-month period, you will receive on- and off-the-job training, including a job rotation that gives you the opportunity to work across different lines of business and departments.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate person to join the Group Strategy & Performance Management team. In this role, you'll work in a team of diverse professionals who execute the Group Strategy & Performance Management mandate on behalf of the Group CEO and CFO. You will support the Group's key strategic initiatives and Performance Management tasks, including the development of in-depth market and competitor analysis, tracking strategic initiatives across the Group and the analysis and reporting of financial KPIs to Senior Management.

- Successfully completed university degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Math, Science or equivalent
- Strong interest in/motivation to learn about insurance/reinsurance
- Strong analytical skills and can focus on details without losing track of the bigger picture
- Strong financial modelling skills and technical know-how
- Proven ability to meet deliverables, implement plans, and conduct analysis
- Competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Nice to Haves:
- Professional experience in consulting, finance, and/or (re)insurance
- Keen interest in the (re)insurance industry
- Ambitious and energetic, seeking out creative solutions and ways of working
