Our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) are committed to supporting the financial well-being of businesses and communities across Australia. We pride ourselves on putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and supporting the success of regional communities.

Ideally, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Agribusiness bankers in the Port Lincoln region; however, we may consider metro-based specialists for the right individual. Our Agribusiness Executives sometimes work from our offices, remotely or from a client site. We encourage flexibility to meet client needs and our employee's goals inside and outside of work.

More Specifically, You Will

• Work closely with clients, build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities
• Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions
• Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions while owning proactive risk management responsibilities

We're interested in hearing from people who

• Are deeply passionate about building customer-centric solid relationships.
• Have a growth mindset looking to develop their financial skills further
• Hold solid commercial acumen with experience in building successful customer portfolios
• Comfortable with driving business origination across diverse customer sectors
• Business banking experience, ideally in Aquaculture, broad acre farming or livestock industries
• Are tenacious, resilient and self-starters, tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance or a related field advantageous
