Job Summary:
The incumbent is responsible to drive exceptional customer experience in moment of truth by
• Creating seamless customer experience while delivering customer promise with high degree of Automation
• Networking with hospitals and clinics to create operational efficiency and long-term portfolio sustainability
• Providing fast & quality decision & enhancing skill set for complex medical areas and including new technology into coverage for customer benefit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active tracking on overall financial performance and strategic delivery for the company to both local and regional management. This may include:
    • Preparation of compelling presentations and communication materials to management
    • Effectively report and maintain management information dashboards
  • Proactive business partners across Actuarial, Finance, Marketing & Distribution (both Agency & Partnership Distribution) functions to provide value add / support and deliver company financial and strategic objectives. This includes, but not limited to:
  • Perform data analytics on key driving indicators to provide qualitative and quantitative outcomes with recommended solutions to senior management. Problem solving skills required
  • Be part of any special projects on an ad hoc basis
  • Ensure overall team delivery to drive toward company financial objectives
  • Program management and reporting for scoping and delivery for execution on health
  • Change Management advocate that drives and enables a culture of innovation to be fostered within your direct team, Transformation and your operational business partners

Business Value Realization
  • First line of review / challenge for all business solutions proposed within Strategic/Marketing (prioritised against business objectives with value / benefit defined).
  • Building the ACRs (business cases) for all Projects / Programs with regards to Strategic/Marketing in partnership with the Business Area and TPO.
  • Ensuring that plans are in place for benefit realisation and that these are realized (on time and to budget)

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
  • Preferred Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering or other numerate discipline, Program management
  • Over 10 years relevant experience in insurance

Knowledge / Experience:
  • Demonstrated good sense of business acumen and/or logical thought process in problem solving.
  • Strong financial disciplines including financial analysis and the ability to develop and translate financial policy into practical reality
  • Able to be an active communicator and articulate concepts/thoughts effectively
  • Strong organisation and program management skills
  • Ability to provide quality coaching and mentoring to facilitate the development and progression of the team
  • Excellent presentation skills
