Associate, Blue Chip Investment Bank - M&A team - ACA with corporate finance, lead advisory, Transac

We are now working with a successful blue chip investment bank. Their London team focuses on UK corporate finance advisory, and works on mergers and acquisitions and other transactional work. They have exceptional deal flow and are now looking to add an Associate to their team.

The associate will work on the origination and execution of deals. Working closely with clients you will enjoy considerable responsibility for the execution of mandates. The work will primarily focus on M&A deals.

This opportunity is great for a chartered accountant working at the assistant manager / manager level within lead advisory, corporate finance or transaction services teams of a major accounting firm.

You can expect a lot of involvement in deal execution and work closely with their clients. You are likely to have 4 -7 years experience.
