Our client is a Belgian company, active internationally and specializing in the real estate development.

In order to support them in their development, we are currently looking for a Senior Business Controller / Finance Business Partner.

Their offices are located in Brussels and easily accessible.

Job Description
Senior Business Controller - Real Estate - Brussels

As the Finance Business Partner, you report directly to the CFO.

Your main tasks consist in the :

• Coordination of the controlling activities for the different countries
• Analysis of revenue & costs per country and project
• Preparation of the budgets & forecasts
• Coordination of the closings & budgets consolidation of the several entities / companies
• Analysis of the variances at local & group level
• Preparation of the managerial reporting on a quarterly basis
• Finance Business Partnering to the Project Managers, supporting them on the financial structuring of the projects & their monthly financial monitoring
• Support in the selling process by analyzing the costs, returns, ...
• Implementation of new tools & optimization of the internal processes to professionalize the department.

The Successful Applicant
Senior Business Controller - Real Estate - Brussels

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria :

• Master's Degree in Finance / Management / Business Engineering
• Around 5-10 years of experience in Audit and/or Controlling
• An experience in the Real Estate or Construction sector is a strong plus
• Fluent in French & English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
• Dynamic, loving challenges and taking initiative
• Good Business Partnering & communication skills
• Able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
