Position Summary:
- The Real Estate Module Support Engineer is required to possess eight years of experience in deploying & supporting IBM TRIRIGA modules, including but not limited to Real Estate Management, Lease Administration, and the modules for Rent, Payments, as well as Income and Expenses. Further, expertise in Lease Accounting features and Journal Entries is necessary.
- The support engineer performs code analysis, IBM TRIRIGA workflow analysis, reviews Business Objects for state transitions, to troubleshoot issues in the TRIRIGIA application system. The support engineer performs necessary fixes and implements, promotes changes as necessary.
- Familiarity of FASB and IFRS accounting standards to provide support to business users to troubleshoot lease accounting related issues. The support engineer needs to be proficient in obtaining new requirements to enhance the TRIRIGA system to address Request tickets created by ANZ users. Experience of addressing support tickets using ITIL methodology is essential. Knowledge of Cognizant debt framework to categorize Issues under knowledge, functional, technical or operational debts.
- Experience of using IBM TRIRIGA, Jira tool, ServiceNow, Oracle PL/SQL, XML are requisite skills. Should also be able to understand the customer requirements, business impacts for the functionalities that are supported, developed and maintained. Able to identify root causes of technical issues and address them by making necessary changes to the IBM TRIRIGA lease management application system.
- Good understanding of TRIRIGA integration objects, BIRT Reports, Data Integration, Data Connectivity, synchronous and asynchronous system events is necessary to perform application support functionality.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in implementing, supporting IBM TRIRIGA Real Estate Management modules including lease management functionality.
- IBM TRIRIGA, Jira tool, ServiceNow, Oracle PL/SQL, XML.
- Responsibilities include handling of support tickets using ITIL methodology.
- Need to have hands on experience in Admin console to trace the events and issues which users/customers are facing and to provide turnaround fixes.
- Discuss existing functionality and newly recommended functionality with client and take requirements to address request tickets.
- Need to perform Root cause analysis and trace the issue by reviewing necessary system logs to fix the issue.
- Participate in defect triage meetings; conduct RCA for defects identified.
- Issue categorization using Cognizant debt framework
- Need to provide quick turnaround in the issues and follow the standard process to adhere the issue in time.
- Requires good knowledge of Change management process for implementing technical code fixes.
- Perform code review sessions as per standards with team members on their change requests and provide suitable recommendations.
- Prepare release documents as per process which contains changes done as per issue or requirement, before and after screenshots and release notes with all details and package of changes to deploy the same in further environments.
- Proactively involve on Program increment plans and understand scope of work planned for the quarter and provide refinement to the team for implementing it. Participate and contribute towards Problem ticket prioritization meetings and assign problem tickets for implementation to various agile PODs.
- Identify technical challenges & risks and create contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Document all aspects of the project including requirements, risks, issues, project schedules and meeting agendas/notes.
- Responsible to tackle obstacles, come up with fixes, and proactively recognize and reduce risks to streamline the procedures involved in real estate lease management.
- Proactively highlight any potential risks to the lead; provide support on process audit activities; adhere to process and tools.
- Participate in Cognizant Blue Bolt innovation sessions; implement process improvements to reduce manual intervention.
