As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for various software applications used by the organization and its clients. This role involves diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring that applications operate smoothly to support business activities.
Product Owners - App Integrations:
As the Product Owner - App Integrations, you will lead the development and integration of applications within Cognizant's digital ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of both business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that integrated solutions align with the overall product strategy and deliver optimal value to clients.
Senior Developers - Digital Software Engineering:
As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our software development team, leading the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. This position involves mentoring junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, and working closely with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a drive for innovation.
Service Desk Support - Level 1:
As a Service Desk Support, you are the first point of contact for employees and clients seeking technical support, the Service Desk role is crucial in troubleshooting and resolving basic IT issues. This position involves escalating more complex problems to higher-level support teams and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.
DevOps - Digital Software Engineering:
As a DevOps Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our development team, developing solutions across build engineering, cloud migrations, containerisation and configuration management practices. Work with containerisation tooling and orchestration across different environments, CI/CD pipelines, automating and optimising software delivery for faster, more reliable releases. You will work closely with developers, testers, and system administrators to ensure the entire software development life cycle is smooth, efficient, and error-free.
Infrastructure Support:
