Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.
This Business Support Specialist II (Credit Analysis) supports the Bank's commercial and business lending activities by providing Moody's financial spread reports for commercial and business customers and prospects. Works directly with individuals to address issues and respond to inquiries. Identifies discrepancies in accounts or data, coordinating with other parties to implement process enhancements. Facilitates workflow and ensures client satisfaction through the handling, processing, and servicing of requests. May occasionally guide less experienced specialists.

Responsibilities
- Account Servicing - Manages accounts, portfolios, or packages specific to line of business, including creation and termination. Performs data entry, processing, and documentation. Ensures accuracy and compliance with all rules and regulations.
- Operations - Performs various operational tasks that occur during customer, vendor, and/or associate inquiries.
- Service & Support - Develops relationships with customers, associates, or vendors to achieve business goals and streamline service experience. Determines target needs and provides resolution. May handle escalated and complex support issues.
- Business Proficiency - Provides knowledge in area of work. Assists in troubleshooting for both internal and external parties. May assist in promotion and distribution of Bank products or services.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics.
OR
- High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Credit
- Accounting experience.
- Understanding of Business and Commercial lending.
- Must have strong understanding of financial principles & concepts and good understanding of business legal structures.
- Attention to detail, computer skills, and communication skills.
