We're seeking a future team member for the role of Japan CAO to join our International Area Management team. This role is located in Japan (Tokyo) - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Key responsibilities:
  • Independently works on complex tasks related to risk, control and governance framework, regulatory matters, business plans, management presentations - including country level updates/performance/budgets for consumption by APAC Regional Management.
  • Leads project implementation status and provides feedback to senior managers as necessary
  • Makes recommendations and follow ups on country strategy matters and works with the management team to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Works with the business or function management team to implement and enforce policies, standards, and processes.
  • Drives planning and administering business-led programs, such as people-related management, global location strategy, meeting management, etc.
  • Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives
Key requirement/skills:
  • Experience in working in a multi facetted global firm
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic mindset
  • Effective communication across all levels
  • 10+ years relevant working experience
  • Proactive, independent self-starter
  • In depth understanding of local/cultural nuances with bi-lingual capabilities (English and Japanese)
