About the role
Known internally as a Customer Relationship Officer, you will provide a seamless Branch experience by meeting customers end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, exploring needs and circumstances and providing consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle. You will demonstrate a high level of ownership which is based on building strong relationships with new and existing customer and the wider community. You will actively engage our customers to explore the best products and services to suit their needs. You will be comfortable working in a changing environment as we adapt to digitization and educate and support our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs
This position is a great career opportunity and will ideally suit someone to further develop their skills in the consumer lending space.
This position is located at Mt Evelyn. The role is part-time. The roster is 46 hours per fortnight, with the times below;

- Wednesday 8:45AM - 5:15PM
- Thursday 8:45AM - 5:15PM
- Friday 8:45AM - 5:15PM
About you
We're looking for someone keen to learn and progress in their career. A successful Customer Relationship Officer will bring:
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results through solutions which truly meet the customer's needs.
- Ability to effectively communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- A high level of Banking Product knowledge, including Transactions Accounts, Insurance, Term Deposits and Credit Cards.
- Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential
