In thisrole, you will:
Youwill work closely with the Responsible Investment team and other internalstakeholders to enhance our Responsible Ownership narrative and supportchannel-led investment activities. If you have a strong background in finance,investments, and ESG communications, and are committed to deliveringhigh-quality, strategic content, we would love to review your application. - manage the delivery ofinvestment collateral across multiple channels
- contribute to our annualreport and member fact sheets

How do you exceed our expectations?
- The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
- Appropriate tertiaryqualifications specific to the finance industry covering investments andsuperannuation, with an understanding of the regulatory environment
- A minimum of ten years'experience within funds management/superannuation, with time spent incommunications roles anchored in delivering ESG communications plans viewedfavorably
- A sound understanding ofresponsible investing, including ESG integration, asset ownership, andstewardship activities, particularly as it relates to superannuation
- Familiarity with the fullspectrum of asset classes (including unlisted assets) and derivatives
- A strong comprehension offinancial markets & instruments and the regulatory issues, industrystandards, workings, and practices associated with them, particularly inrelation to responsible investing
- Strong written and verbalreasoning skills, with concise and clear messaging, and a high degree ofattention to detail
- Solid interpersonal,networking, and communication skills
- A high level of integrityand professional repute, and a genuine care for members
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
