Role: Full-Time, Permanent Position (Monday to Friday, standard business hours)
Location: Melbourne (Parkmore, Fountain Gate & Cranbourne) flexible working arrangements
Start date: October 2024
Your new role
- You will be supporting and guiding customers throughout each step of their home loan journey.
- You will provide excellent customer service for people that are saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property. - Investing time and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure they have a seamless experience - Build strong relations with a network of brokers, solicitors, and previous customers to generate referrals and more business for the branch - Ensure mortgage file compliance is always met - Coaching, supporting, and mentoring the team
What you'll need to succeed
- Lending experience in a financial organisation with home loan expertise is essential.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations related to home loans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing and people-centric approach
- Effective time management skills
- Degree in finance or business (preferred, but not essential)
