Regional Head of Finance, APAC

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with APAC leaders to develop and implement financial strategies.

• Oversee business finance, cash flow, sales growth, and profitability improvements.
• Lead the analysis and evaluation of projects, initiatives and business plans across the region to provide information for management decision making.

• Lead the transformation of finance operations, including process redesign (Finance COE Set-up) and service level agreements.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Manage and mentor APAC country finance managers.

Requirements:

• Degree Qualified CA, with at least 15 years of finance experience in a regional context.
• Strong expertise in accounting, tax, treasury, and FP&A (Commercial Finance)
• Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
