Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and accounting standards, specifically those applicable to the insurance industry.
Analyze financial results and variances, providing management with actionable insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance reporting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
7+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting or accounting, with a strong emphasis on IFRS, particularly in the insurance sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS standards and their application in financial reporting for insurance companies.
Proven track record in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance, with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams and driving performance.
Proficiency in financial reporting systems and tools; familiarity with [specific software/tools used by your company] is an advantage.
