Day-to-day oversight responsibilities for the Global FX team. Organizes the work of the team, assigns tasks, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work.

Primary contacts for queries and escalation from internal partners.
Review processing error, identify root cause and any mitigating steps/controls that can be implemented to reduce or eliminate the chance of reoccurrence. Support 'priority' processing tasks in the event of invocation of BCP. Monitor ongoing performance of partners and process. Ensure compliance with the guidelines on outsourcing, regulatory agreements, service level agreements and internal procedures / policies. Focus on resolution of complex transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines and/or processes. Analytically and procedurally competent, representing the team on cross-function process or project deliverable. Maintain training plan for all the new and existing partners. Maintain and produce monthly Metrics to Manager. Maintain DPAD and SLA. Update BC plan on regular basis. Maintain error Log.

Major Duties
  • Act as central source of contact in researching and resolution of issues with minimum help of Manager
  • Daily oversight of process
  • Primary contacts for queries and escalation from internal partners
  • Resolve all complex queries and issues
  • Maintain and discuss partner's performance on regular basis
  • Maintain updates and retrieves DPAD, SLA and BC Plan
  • Follow up and get business owner sign off on timely sign off of process documents
  • Prepare training plan for all the new and existing partners
  • Maintain competency metrics for the team
  • Manage and report monthly metrics
  • Hold quality huddles on regular basis
  • Conduct regular training for the team
  • Assist manager on departmental initiatives
  • Reviews and verifies accuracy of the data / duties and proper authorization of payment
  • Proactively researches and resolves problems encountered with performing daily tasks and refer more complex problems to section manager / Division Manager at the timely manner
  • Responds to inquiries regarding the exceptions via eRM, emails, swifts and other reports and maintenance and keeps section manager or division manager up to date on all relevant issues; escalating any issues as appropriate
  • To have sufficient business and technical knowledge on FX trade flow and settlement method
  • Assist Manager and Team Leader in the day to day functioning Maintain least ASL's

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree - Minimum
  • B.Com, BBA, BBM - Preferred
  • B.SC -Math, BA - Acceptable
Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • High level of Proficiency in English
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Computer literate
  • Expect knowledge of accounting, finance, Banking operations, Securities industry
  • Expert knowledge of MS office
  • Min 6 years work experience in related field or IB
  • Ready to work in Night Shifts and Sunday's
  • Flexible to take new assignments and tasks
