We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist I to join our team in Poland. This position is responsible for purchasing via available sources and developing them, annual purchase planning and forecasting, and managing relationships with our main vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sources to fulfil business needs, market information collecting and integration, draw up strategies, suppliers and vendors research;
- Product pricing, risks control: analysis potential risk and prevention plan, lead time, quality and quantity;
- Prepare clear transparent biding plan including Request for Proposal and Request for Quotation, draft report of evaluation, prepare reward notification;
- Annual purchase forecast, draw up detailed product list and procurement plan;
- Maintain professional and amicable relationships with the suppliers, monitor latest trends, provide timely and efficient advices to management.
- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of procurement experience, and more than 1 year of work experience in large-scale e-commerce, warehousing, and logistics positions;
- Have procurement experience in related categories such as warehousing industry materials (consumables, hardware tools, drugs, labor protection supplies), leasing (forklifts, aerial vehicles, generators, logistics equipment), outsourcing services (business outsourcing, labor outsourcing), etc;
- Knowledge of supply chain management, strong communication and analytical skills;
- Revolutionary, evolutionary, always look for solutions to improve the processes and efficiency;
- Expressive, good at communication;
- Language: English B2 level. Chinese is a plus;
- Accept short-term assignment in Europe.
