About the Role:
Global Corporate Controllers (GCC) is responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial and regulatory reporting for the Firm. Finance prepares external reports for public and regulatory filings and internal reporting for financial oversight and analysis

Key Responsibilities
> Perform monthly financial procedure including journal posting and attestation of balance sheet, P&L accounts for each onshore legal entity.
> Perform review and analysis of legal entity financials for key stakeholders, and reporting compliance with local GAAP and US GAAP
> Support group regulatory reporting including to the Federal Reserve Bank (U.S.)
> Ensure compliance with internal standards, controls, policies and procedures
> Produce management risk and control packs for senior Finance management review
> Partner with project teams to implement strategic Firm projects and Business initiatives
> Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of BAU process and enhance the control environment Qualifications
> Ability to adapt and work efficiently and diligently in a dynamic environment. Possess problem-solving and data analytical skills.
> Able to deliver working result with high quality in fast-paced and pressure situation.
> Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple deliverables. Is independent and able to manage non-routine tasks.
> Accounting knowledge of US GAAP and China GAAP
> Open minded and self-learner.
> Effective written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English and mandarin Chinese)
> University degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
> 3-5 years of relevant working experience in accounting firm or finance industry
> Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and proficiency in digital tool (Alteryx, Power-BI) is an advantage
