An opportunity to join a global private equity business and to help build it's Asian presence in their Singapore office. You will be joining a small team, responsible for a wide range of tasks. An excellent salary, bonus and benefits package is on offer.

The Role
  • Supervision of books of accounts and audits (with Big4 auditors) of multiple group entities.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Reporting Standards (SRS) and/or IFRS and consolidation of accounts.
  • Manage banking, budgets, MIS, and internal controls.
  • Support the firm's portfolio companies in the areas of finance, compliance, and other matters, as required.
  • Managing capital calls and distributions.
  • Manage all management fee calculations, and water fall allocations.
  • Liaise with investments team, legal team, compliance team and portfolio companies.
  • Oversight and facilitate the review of investment/divestment fund flows.
  • Monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivables.
  • Establish and ensure adherence to policy, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Participate in finance department/company projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, update and adherence of processes, systems, checklists, and procedures.

Requirements
  • You must be a fully qualified accountant
  • You will likely have trained with a top 6 accounting firm
  • You will have post-qualified experience working within financial services, ideally within fund management
  • English speaker, Mandarin would be advantageous
  • Be able to work as part of a small team
  • Be available to work in the evenings in order to speak with UK and US offices
