Job Summary

Ok to work in 24/7 work environment preferable in night shift Flexible to extend the shift hours during Peak and NonPeak seasons

At least 2year of prior experience in similar role

Exceptional communication written and verbal skills in English any of these Asian languagesChinese or Japanese or Korean or Thai or Bahasa or Vietnamese or Khmer etc

Must have good knowledge MSExcel Basic Intermediate level

Ability to multitask and work autonomously within team environment

Responsibilities

knowledge of Excel basics is must

Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment by staying updated with all the policies changes

Effective dissemination of policy changes and updates in a timely and efficient manner

Ensure process is followed in accordance to required standards

Act as mentor if situation demands

Work as an active team member

Drive refresher and policy updates plan based on production needs
