Principal Accountabilities:
- Proficiency in analyzing data support decision-making and track the progress of strategic projects.
- Conducting market research to gather insights on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Understanding financial statements and metrics to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
- Managing strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Supporting change initiatives and helping to manage the transition process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey analysis and insight.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in an enterprise level strategy or change role within the Insurance industry or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or related field;
- Delivery / execution focused, comfortable with high level of uncertainty, highly adaptable.
- Able to build and sustain programme structures, lead project activities, and interact with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of experienced professionals.
- In-house function experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (ability to speak one of more Asian languages desirable).
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups across multiple locations, territories, and cultures.
- Possess high integrity, good analytical mind, and decision-making capabilities.
