Our client, a global leader in banking and financial services, is seeking a Vice President Group Transformation, Risk and Framework to join their team in Krakow, Poland. This organisation is committed to supporting economic growth and communities through responsible banking practices, while adhering to high standards of governance and risk management.

Position Overview

As the Vice President Group Transformation, Risk and Framework, you will play a critical role in maintaining and embedding the organisation's Change Framework, setting the standard for change delivery across waterfall and agile methodologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape change delivery and portfolio management standards, developing clear digital content to provide an excellent user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and embed the Change Framework, setting change delivery standards
  • Shape change delivery and portfolio management standards and best practices
  • Serve as SME for Change Framework standards and transition to BAU
  • Design, implement, and enhance Change Execution Risk control monitoring
  • Oversee Change Execution Risk issue identification, management, and remediation
  • Conduct thematic reviews of delivery, portfolio lessons learned, and risk issues
  • Report monthly on risks, controls, and issues across the transformation team
  • Provide ongoing advisory support as required
Requirements
  • Exceptional drive, commitment, and focus in executing a change agenda
  • Outstanding leadership skills to initiate and effect change in a matrix organisation
  • Continuous improvement and change management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of risk management and experience in global organisations
  • Execution-oriented with proactive issue escalation and solution orientation
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple outputs
  • Influence, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in a complex global environment
  • Strategic thinking and pragmatic implementation skills
