Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist we are looking for will have the main following responsibilities :

• Management of Accountpayables
  • Invoices checking
  • Invoices approval follow-up
  • Financial and analytical codification
  • Invoices recording
  • Management due payables
  • Prepare payment proposal
  • Maintain a good working relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Manage travel & expenses (Concur)
  • Support staff members for travel & expenses
  • Daily support on basic admin tasks
  • Daily support on checking travel & expenses entries and manage booking

• Contribute to prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial closings

The Successful Applicant
The successful Accounts Payable Specialist will bring the following background and experience :

• Bachelor in Finance and accounting
• 5 to 10 years of experience in financial accounting
• Good knowledge in cost accounting and Swiss VAT
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must, French an asset
• Excellent IT commands
• Strong organizational skills
