You'll play a key role in driving the finance operations across Europe. You'll collaborate with a talented team of finance professionals, contribute to impactful projects, and have the chance to develop your skills in a supportive and innovative workplace.

Job Description

• Take charge of GL accounting for one or more legal entities across Europe, including:
• Posting payroll, accruals, prepaids, and depreciation using US GAAP
• Conducting monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Performing analytical reviews of results by branch and assisting in reporting
• Ensure fiscal compliance by:
• Preparing and sometimes filing VAT and tax declarations
• Supporting during tax audits and controls
• Manage year-end closings by:
• Preparing local GAAP statutory files and assisting in audits
• Preparing and sometimes filing local GAAP financial statements
• Act as a key contact for branches, auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
• Contribute to ad hoc tasks and projects within the accounting department, helping drive success and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

• You have a Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field.
• You bring 3+ years of accounting experience.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
