A European-based property consultancy is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst, eager to work collaboratively in all FP&A and financial performance aspects to drive the optimal capital income for the firm.
The successful candidate will communicate with a variety of internal stakeholders and other teams, liaising and challenging assumptions to drive effective decision-making.

A European-based property consultancy is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst, eager to work collaboratively in all FP&A and financial performance aspects to drive the optimal capital income for the firm.
The successful candidate will communicate with a variety of internal stakeholders and other teams, liaising and challenging assumptions to drive effective decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for production of all forecasts and budgeting, monthly management, financial and KPI reports, as well as budgeting planning and analysis
- Challenging assumptions and decisions made by stakeholders, and oversee review of financial controls and reporting processes
- Regularly liaise with the Finance team to produce preparation, analysis and review of control dashboards
- Take full ownership of balance sheet accounts, and prepare annual budgets, variance analysis, quarterly forecasts, presentations, and ad-hoc reports
- Working closely with the Finance Business Partner, and convey strategic views on the performance of the business to contribute to projections of future expectations
Key requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong Excel skills is essential, while experience of other reporting systems is desired
- Solid accounting background
- Strong commercial experience, including good communication, budgeting and forecasting, financial modelling, and KPI analysis
- Real Estate industry knowledge is advantageous
