Are you the service-orientated Account Manager we are looking for? Do you have an interest in financial products and building strong relationships with Tier 1 institutional clients? Then we would love to invite you to join our Institutional Service team in Singapore.
We take pride in a high satisfaction and aim for improving the overall customer relationship. The Institutional Service desk is the key point of contact for all day-to-day operational queries, as well as complex issues for our institutional clients. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to a portfolio of White Labels, Introducing Brokers and Financial clients.

You will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to a portfolio of White Labels, Introducing Brokers and Financial clients.
Among others you will be responsible for:
- Key point of contact for day to day, operational queries and escalations for your own portfolio of institutional clients
- Actively participating in the development of our partners through education
- Dealing with clients' queries and resolving escalations
- Investigating more complex partners' requests together with specialists and relevant stakeholders
- Identifying customer needs and being the voice of the client within our organisation
- Owning small projects to improve/develop services that result from customers' needs
Key competences:
- Min. 1 year of Account management, Middle Office or Client facing operational role in the financial industry
- Fluent in English and the ability to speak additional language for asia market is of advantage
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure & setting the right priorities in a dynamic environment
- A self-starter who is passionate about providing excellent customer service & "can do" attitude; ability to take ownership
- Has a structured approach to handling tasks and is a stickler to attention for detail
- Able to prioritize tasks based on client impact, severity and/or importance
- Dedicated to constantly improving work efficiency with clients and also inter-departments
