Your new role
Seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst (Revenue & Invoicing) to join the team. This role is primarily focused on the manual processes involved in revenue tracking, invoicing, and monitoring various investment funds with different billing cycles. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of fund or capital markets administration and have advanced skills in Excel, alongside familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI.

  • Monitor and manage billing cycles for various investment funds.
  • Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct revenue analysis and identify trends and variances.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with fund structures and billing requirements.
  • Utilise advanced Excel functions for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Create visual reports using Power BI or similar tools to present financial data clearly.
  • Maintain organised records of all revenue-related transactions.
  • Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in invoicing and revenue tracking.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fund or capital markets administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills required.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI is preferred. Experience with accounting software like MYOB would be a bonus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
