Corporate Accountant (Private Equity)

The Company

My client is a SME investment firm, they are hiring a Corporate Accountant to handle full set of accounts of their portfolio companies.

The Role

• Responsible for the full cycle of accounting operation and reporting
• Perform portfolio management and KYC
• Review legal document and liaise with legal counsel
• Perform accounts and bank reconciliation
• Prepare financial accounting, management reporting, tax planning and cash flow forecasting
• Support treasury function such as cashflow management
• Participate in ad-hoc projects when required

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting
• 4 years' accounting experience in investment firm (Private Equity focus)
• Stable profile with proven career progression will be an advantage
• Team player, detail minded, eager to learn
• Excellent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
