Accounts Assistant

Morgan McKinley is pleased to be supporting our Bath based client in the recruitment for an Accounts Assistant. This Accounts Assistant role will offer you the chance to work as part of a well established finance team and give you a varied, hands on role. This Accounts Assistant role includes and certainly is not limited to:

• Invoice processing
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Payment runs
• Assist with Accounts Receivable
• Credit card expenses
• Supplier queries
• Sales administration
• Assist with payroll
• Ad hoc queries

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 1 year experience within Accounting
• Understanding of Credit and Debits
• Comfortable with excel
• Proactive
• Embrace change and willing to learn
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across the business
• Strong attention to detail
• Inquisitive

The package:

• Salary £28,00 - £30,000
• Hybrid working - 3 days in office and 2 from home.
• Parking on site
