Position Overview
As an Assistant Vice President in Reporting Ops, you will play a crucial role in preparing regulatory reporting returns, providing subject matter expertise on RWAs, and contributing to the delivery of stress testing returns. Your work will ensure excellence in reporting and support the implementation of regulatory reporting transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare regulatory reporting returns (CCR RWA, Leverage Ratio, COREP, PILLAR 3)
- Provide subject matter expertise on RWAs to stakeholders across the business
- Contribute to the delivery of EBA QIS and Climate stress testing returns
- Ensure excellence in reporting and respond to ad-hoc regulatory requests
- Support the delivery of Regulatory Reporting transformation initiatives
- Minimum 5 years' experience in regulatory reporting or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Basel regulation, RWA risk types, and internal models (IMM)
- Deep knowledge of CRR, especially in Counterparty Credit Risk and Leverage Ratio reporting
- Proven experience preparing regulatory returns (COREP, EBA QIS, Pillar 3 disclosures)
- Strong analytical skills for impact analysis on regulatory and model changes
- Experience in delivering regulatory change (functional requirements, UAT, new product process)
- Proficiency in SQL and VBA beneficial for data analysis and application development
- Fluency in French is a must
