You will:

Resource Management:
- Oversee contingent management activities, including headcount budgeting and forecasting; bring expertise to stakeholder management
- Oversee the reporting, tracking and data management of Finance division contingent staff
- Work directly with Office of COO teams to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure that the Resource Management team's activities cater to clients' evolving business needs, in line with Finance goals and firm-wide standards
- Provide value-add analytics on client queries to support strategic decision making

Training Organization:
- Coordinate Firm-wide mandatory and regulatory trainings rolled out for Finance
- Collaborate with content owners to ensure content is aligned with firm talent strategy and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with HR Business Partners, Talent Development, and Integration teams to ensure seamless training experience
- Oversee training administration, which includes scheduling sessions, collecting materials, integrating and testing courses, and coordinating with outside vendors
- Conduct post-training administration and monitor completion

You have:
- Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline and min 3 years of relevant work experience (within a COO, reporting or business management function is an advantage)
- Good interpersonal skills; effective written and oral communication abilities in English
- Sound numeric and analytical skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, good organization, and time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments quickly and effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (VBA knowledge is an advantage)

Team Profile:

The Budapest Centralized Management department, within Finance, is responsible for providing valuable insight to Senior Management to support their strategic decision making. Within this department, the Resource Management Team, comprised locally of 4 individuals, works closely with various Office of the COO functions and key business partners across the Finance division to cover Business Management, Workforce Management, Strategic Initiatives, Management Reporting and Process Centralization / Improvement.
