Assistent Business Controller

For an international organization in Tilburg I'm looking for a motived, driven Assistant Business Controller. The organization specializes in producing household products. The products are sent from the location in Tilburg to their customers worldwide.

The Finance team consists of the Financial Director, Financial Controller, Business Controller and administrative assistant. It is a very international environment where the main language is English.

Functie

• Manage financial stock control, including standard costing, actual cost analysis, and monthly material cost analytics;
• Conduct and analyze weekly/monthly stock updates, Work in Progress (WIP), and quarterly/annual stock counts;
• Assist with financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for the German production site;
• Prepare monthly KPI reporting and provide financial business partnering to improve performance and strategic support;
• Drive continuous improvement of BI tools and systems, including creating dashboards and performing ad-hoc analytics.

Profiel

• Bachelor level in education in a matching field;
• Experience in a same role is a plus;
• Highly analytical with an ability to use business intelligence in order to generate impactful insight.
• Calm under pressure and thriving in a fast moving constantly changing environment.
• Excellent English language skills, Dutch is a plus.
• Allowed to work in the Netherlands.
