Job Title: Senior Global Mobility Specialist

Job description:

• Preferable with 5-7 years of working experience in the immigration.
• Familiar with the Malaysia Immigration / MDEC processes and procedures for work permit applications and related permits like dependent permits, spouse visa, cancellation process, special permits, applying for FKW quota etc.
• Familiar with the Malaysia immigration compliance requirements
• Should have experience in dealing with the immigration officers at MDEC/immigration
• Be responsible for the immigration processes in the region and should have the maturity to handle government authorities as well as senior leadership teams in the company
• Should be a team player to be able to work with cross cultural and diverse teams within and outside of Malaysia
• Keep abreast of the changes to the regulatory and policy requirements and developments and provide insights to the Global Mobility leadership and business leadership.
• Should be familiar with preparing reports, dashboards etc. and hence have hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel, MS Word etc.
• Have the ability to work independently and handle pressure situations.

Experience

• Min Bachelor's degree is required
• 5-7 years of experience in immigration.
