Payroll Manager

The Company

A sizeable international financial institution is hiring an experienced Payroll Manager to join the HR team.

The Role

• Handle the full cycle of the payroll functions for Hong Kong
• Prepare monthly payroll, final payment and leave calculations, monthly reports and MPF filing
• Enhance effective communication with stakeholders, such as liaise with finance department and management team regarding the bonus structure related to performance appraisal, etc.
• Involve in annual budget activities and suggest resources allocation
• As a contact point with external parties, i.e. tax consultant, auditor, etc.
• Maintain accuracy of data and information alignment with company and clients' internal policies and standards
• Participate in process improvement project when required

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree holder
• At least 8 years hands on payroll experience gained from sizeable organisation(s)
• This role required advanced level Excel skills
• Team player and high ability to adapt changes
• Speak fluent English and Cantonese
