Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and review the daily segregation of trust cash to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage and review the daily Free Resources Ratio (FRR) and Total Risk Requirement (TRR) calculation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for internal and external stakeholders, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
  • Supervise the preparation and submission of weekly FI reports to SGX
  • Prepare, manage, and review monthly regulatory reports to the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines.
  • Play a key role in the implementation of new reporting systems, collaborating with HQ team to ensure smooth integration.
  • Assist in month end account closing activities, daily deposit and withdrawal, bank reconciliation, revenue billing and vendor payments.
  • Support year-end statutory audit, corporate tax submission, and Goods and Services Tax (GST) preparation.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.


Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in regulatory reporting within a brokerage firm or a financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of MAS and SGX regulatory requirements.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy in all reports and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling stress and managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with system implementation is a plus point
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across different departments.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills as you are required to work closely with our China office.
