Business Finance - AVP/ VP | Insurance (Regional)

Key Responsibilities

This position sits under the APAC Office. You will be:

• Responsible for the business performance, P/L analytics, and growth strategies in Asia
• Perform in-depth business and financial analysis, identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities
• Evaluate cost-benefits of existing products, distribution channels, and partnerships
• Formulate and implement strategies to achieve business goals across the region
• Conduct regular reviews with local businesses on KPIs, product performances, and plans of action to achieve various goals
• Take part in monthly presentations to the C-Suites
• Build long-term trust and relationships with internal stakeholders

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting Business, or a related discipline
• 8-12 years of experience in business finance, or performance management from the insurance industry
• Regional experience is most preferred
• Solid knowledge of insurance products, markets, and financials
• Make a positive impact on the business with a flexible and strategic mindset
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
