Front End Developer

Role: Front End Developer

Location: KL, Malaysia

Primary Skill: HTML, CSS, Java Script (Basic & Advanced), typescript

Secondary: Core Java, React, Node, Chrome Web Extensions, Android, Malware Trends, Vulnerability detection

Summary:

• Engineering you will be performing Deep Code Review for the Extensions which are requested to be published to the Chrome Web Store
• The review is done against the client Product Policies to ensure the extensions do not have any Malicious code and ensure the Extensions are developed abiding to the client product policies using client Chrome APIs.
• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with web technologies on Java script, Advanced Java Script HTML & CSS.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of APIs, client-server communications, HTTP requests.
• Good Analytical skills and Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively (in English).
• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively: To Perform Deep Code Review for the Chrome Extensions against client Product policies and Chrome to Perform thorough Analysis on the Code developed and understand in case of any Suspicious / Malware threat in the code to also perform the Analysis by testing the Extension and try to identify malicious / suspicious activity.
• To Pass on appropriate verdict on either Approving / Rejecting the Extension based on the Analysis / DCR done.
