Strategically drives the promotion and positioning of our solutions, develops marketing campaigns, collaborates with partners, and analyzes markets trends to maximize product adoption and revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
  • Develop, coordinate and support the marketing effort for product portfolios during all stages of product life cycle (launch to product end of life)
  • Develop product strategies and support implementation of business plans based on strong understanding of competitive and market landscape
  • Design pricing strategies, promotions, and tactical programs to drive for revenue across direct and channel avenues
  • Identify and formulate appropriate product positioning, messaging, value proposition and differentiation for product portfolio
  • Work with strategic partners, third parties and regional marketing teams to drive compelling go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to strengthen the product positioning in existing and new markets
  • Cross collaboration with business unit stakeholders to implement and operationalize business initiatives and activities
  • Implement training and facilitate knowledge transfer to the sales force
  • Support business and operational reviews by conducting analysis using internal and external data (product, revenue, market, industry) to derive insights that will drive business decisions and recommendations
  • Coordinate product management operations in the areas of order processing, 3rd party vendor management, process alignments across stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Passionate to learn, own a product and drive positive business outcomes from it
  • An independent and keen problem-solver, possessing a sound thought-process to resolve business issues
  • An effective communicator to negotiate and influence at all levels within the organisation
  • Prior experience in Operations (product management, stock management, working with inhouse IT systems which stores key product information)
  • Have experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for building business relationships and providing decision support within a team
  • Possess strong traits of being analytical-minded, and is able to quickly pick up sales and business concepts
  • Min 1 - 2 years relevant work experience ideally in product marketing/management/planning
