Job Description
We are currently looking for a team-focused and enthusiastic Client Services Manager to join our team in Gympie on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and ready to lead a professional Client Services Team.
What will your typical week look like?
Managing the Client Service team ensuring completion of daily tasks in a timely manner.
Focus on increasing efficiencies within the team in the transition of processes to Findex's One Best Way approach.
Act as an escalation point for Client Services team members. Provide ongoing support, training and feedback to staff, including assisting in the facilitation of learning and development initiatives.
Complete administrative tasks to support our teams in delivering the best service we can to our clients
Report on relevant KPI's for all staff within designated team
