We are looking for a suitably skilled Quantitative Analyst to contribute to pricing models for an expanding product range and also work to optimise the risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain pricing models for brand new and increasingly complex products.
- Understand current models and produce innovative improvements.
- Monitoring, configuration management and exception investigation of the live system.
- Day to day trading data analysis and reporting.
- Support Senior Quants and Senior Dealers on dealing strategy improvement.
- Work with Development team to implement pricing and risk management algorithms.
- Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training.
- Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality.
- Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
Key Skills & Experience
- Solid quantitative experience within a Financial Services firm is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Good knowledge of general financial products and derivatives
- Understanding of market microstructure.
- Strong skills in Excel and Python.
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Matlab, R or other mathematical/statistical languages/packages.
- Good knowledge of SQL and time-series databases desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A degree in quantitative finance, mathematics, computer science or equivalent disciplines.
