Job Profile Summary:
The role is responsible for system and process flow to support the daily processing within Finance Operations. The role primarily covers the interfacing with Technology, Platform Owner and Product Manufacturer Team for development of system and process to support the General Ledger, Commission/Expense processing, its related reconciliation, check and balance, provision/accrual accounting, User Acceptance Test ("UAT"). The role is also expected to lead or participate on-going improvement to the existing process. The role is expected to cover general finance support in various business proposition and Financial Adviser requirement.

Job Description:
Interfacing with Technology Team, Platform Owner and Product Manufacturers for the following areas:
- Development of end to end system/platform processing flow
- Development of system infrastructure of processing flow
- Support user requirement gathering
- Track the progress and raise issue, if any
- Support the testing of the development
- Sign off the UAT
Post Deployment development support:
- Post deployment validation and monitoring
- Production trouble shooting
- Design user handover protocol after the post deployment monitoring
Operating process flow for users:
- Design End to end process flow with embedded controls and check point
- Documentation of the process flow
- Periodic Training of user for new process flow
Any other assignment as and when required.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy with at least 2 years in Finance Operations
- Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years in Finance Operations
