We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Coordinator to join our team. In this entry-level role , you'll assist in managing client accounts, coordinating daily tasks, and supporting the team with administrative duties. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and develop a long-term career with us. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing client accounts and perform administrative duties.
  • Issue Auto IDs, Certificates of Insurance, and handle change requests under direction.
  • Process invoices, premium finance agreements, and endorsements.
  • Handle claims reporting and communication with carriers and adjusters.
  • Maintain and update the Agency Management System, ensuring accuracy and documentation.

  • Effective written and oral communication, including problem-solving and presenting solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control.

  • Ability to work independently and in groups, maintaining professionalism and respect for others.

Requirements:
• High school diploma
• Positive attitude, dependability, strong work ethic, and maintain a positive culture in the workplace
• Professional office etiquette and appearance
• Able to retrieve Valid Hawaii Insurance Producer License - Property & Casualty within 90 days

Preferred:
• College Degree
• 2+ years professional office/insurance experience

Salary Range : $45-$50k

The pay range provided is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
