Performance Reporting Associate

  • The ability to work with investment consulting teams s to produce client reports through the analysis of client specific data to monitor performance of investment products
  • As you excel in the role you will have the opportunity to take on more complex assignments and projects
  • Generate and analyze performance and holdings based attribution
  • Work with the Operations Team to assist in onboarding new clients
  • Lead or actively participate in special projects aimed at enhancing efficiency

We will count on you to:
  • Calculate and reconcile performance return data comparing investment manager returns against client returns which are then rolled into monthly and quarterly performance reports
  • Produce monthly and quarter end reports for consultant and client review
  • Collect data from custodians (banks) and investment managers which is used in our calculation and/or reconciliation process
  • Complete department related deliverables and ad-hoc requests from clients and consultants

What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Math, or related degree)
  • 2-3 years of work experience
  • Strong understanding of finance and prior reporting experience
  • Solid written and oral communications skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and proven experience working with Excel

What makes you stand out:
  • Investment Consulting or Performance Reporting background
  • Experience working with Investment Metrics or Factset Products
  • CIPM
