We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Total Rewards to join our team in Daytona Beach, FL. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will collaborate with HR leadership to ensure our total rewards programs align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

How You Will Contribute
  • Partner with VP, Global Total Reward and Benefits to effectively communicate & educate teammates on Total Rewards.
  • Design, implement and administer competitive compensation programs. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive positioning and internal equity.
  • Consult and advise Business Leaders/Business Partners in matters involving job analysis, salary management, and compensation decisions.
  • Lead the day-to-day administration and vendor management of the Deferred Compensation Plan.
  • Manage the administration of Tuition Reimbursement, Student Loan Repayment and National Merit Scholarship programs that are part of Brown & Brown's overall Education Assistance Program.
  • Lead the annual enrollment for the Deferred Compensation Plan, Student Loan Repayment and National Merit Program.
  • Take a proactive role in the ongoing review of our plans and all appropriate education and employee communication as well as handle all required reporting.
  • Collaborate with VP Global Total Reward and Benefits, Senior Leadership, Finance, Legal, and internal groups in planning, implementing, and communicating changes to plans and programs.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

Required
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in broad-based and executive compensation, global experience preferred. CCP or
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or other Business-related field.
  • Experience with online salary survey library management tools a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex models, formulas, macros, etc.
  • Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point.)
