About the role

CBUS has an exciting initial 6-month opportunity for a Business Planning & Reporting to join our Member & Employer Experience Business Unit.

In this role you will report to the Senior Manager, Executive and Business Engagement and will assist in uplifting executive reporting ecosystem and associated activity required across the Member and Employer Experience business unit.

The role will provide support to the various forums that facilitate operational risk. This includes Member & Employer performance, Member & Employer improvement, budget oversight and enterprise performance scorecard reporting. You will prepare communications for a range of audiences including finance teams, business stakeholders and executive leadership. This role provides strategic insights and recommendations that drive Cbus' success and outcomes for members.

About you

You will have extensive experience working with large data sets to provide key insights and reporting that influence strategic decision making. You will have driven executive level reporting, presentations, and meeting facilitation within a regulated environment.

You understand governance, and are mindful of providing quality, data driven insights. You will have excellent Excel/ Powerpoint skills and be comfortable presenting to various stakeholders- you will demonstrate this in recent roles within your career. Ideally, you will have some experience within a heavily regulated, member centric superfund or other related industry exposure.
