- Ensure all entries are posted to the general ledger in an accurate and timely manner and prepare management reports for the assigned sets of books
- Analyzed and reconciled all transactions pertaining to fixed assets including depreciation, acquisition, capitalization, retirements and disposals,
- Prepares lapsing schedule, prepayment schedule of assigned business units, and payment clearing
- Prepares financial reports for shareholders and financial statements as required by government regulatory body (SEC)
-Review of capitalization rules through coordination with Tech Governance, Project Management Office and Financial Reporting
-Reinforcement/operationalization of CAPEX policy - TAAS review and approval, CAPEX accrual and actualization
- Responding to financial inquiries, both external and internal, by gathering and interpreting data
- Liaise with external and internal auditors in statutory and management audits
- Coordinate with all department/business units in analyzing actual figures booked on a monthly basis.

Qualifications
- College Graduate- BS Accountancy
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- With 3-5 years of supervisory experience in Audit/Finance or equivalent
- Strong proficiency/familiarity in corporate tax & accounting and all relevant GAAP, IFRS, BIR and SEC rules and regulations.
- Excellent team player, strong leadership and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- SAP Literate and Knowledgeable in MS Office esp. excel
