Position Benefits:
  • Permanent full-time position with an anticipated start in October or November.
  • Flexible rostering is available from Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Your Next Role:
In this position, you will:
  • Contact clients to collect outstanding payments via phone, email, and SMS.
  • Negotiate payment plans based on customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while fostering positive client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of 6-12 months recent experience in collections, retention, or complex customer service.
  • Exceptional active listening skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • A natural conversationalist with strong empathy.
  • Problem-solving skills, capable of thinking on your feet while assisting vulnerable members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient typing skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • AU or NZ citizenship, permanent residency, or two years remaining on a valid working visa, as this is a permanent position.
  • Availability to work 37.5 hours full-time each week.
