Your new role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our tax services, ensuring that we meet our budget targets, reviewing work, assisting in staff training, conducting technical research, and providing exceptional client service and advice. This role offers significant flexibility and the opportunity to truly own and shape the position. This role is 100% WFH.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA or CA qualification required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting in an Australian Accounting Firm

In-depth knowledge of Australian tax laws and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in managing and developing staff.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of flexibility and adaptability.
