Your new role

• Manage a team, responsible for processing IPO applications, handling pre-IPO enquiries, and addressing policy matters
• Participate in IPO and draft comment letters
• Monitor the progress of a portfolio of listing applications
• Draft departmental reports for the Listing Committee
• Provide support for ad hoc projects as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified lawyers or accountants
• Extensive experience, demonstrating knowledge of the Listing Rules, securities industry practices, including securities laws and accounting practices
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a solid understanding of investigative techniques and procedures
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is essential
