THE COMPANY

My client is a leading life insurance company. They are now looking for a Business Strategy and Analytics, Vice President for their strategy team in HK.

THE ROLE

Report to the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for:

• Managing data analysis to prepare managerial reports;
• Performing quantitative analyses;
• Implementing the improvement plans;
• Managing the projects;
• Analysing business performance to identify opportunities;
• Facilitating the implementation process;
• Budgeting;

THE REQUIREMENTS

• University graduated in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
• Over 10 years relevant experience in project management, strategic management / business operation.
• Experience in working in an insurance company.
• Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work in a fast-pacing environment.
