Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator looking for your next challenge? Morgan McKinley is delighted to be working with an excellent organisation in Lewes, East Sussex in the recruitment of an experienced AP Assistant.
Job role: Accounts Payable Administrator
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum
Location: Lewes, East Sussex - Hybrid working (2 office days)
Hours: Mon-Fri (9-5)

Job role: Accounts Payable Administrator

Duties & responsibilities include:
- Manual processing of transactions and direct uploading of invoices onto the ledger
- Bank mandate maintenance and managing debit card applications
- Supporting with monthly accruals
- Filing and archiving financial records
- Maintaining an effective purchase ledger system
Skills & experience:
- Relevant accounting experience such as Purchase Ledger
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
